| Kelsey saves the dog of a woman named Nancy, and soon learns she's the pilot for Mariner Bay's own space shuttle program! When Nancy attempts to bring her shuttle in for a landing, the Whirlin' monster's windy attacks (in an effort to blow away the city) put her in danger.
