| As busy entrepreneurs and parents of teenagers, Michelle and Michael don't have time to search for a new home. But they've outgrown their awkward townhouse and it's time for a change. With Michael focused on the family's new pizzeria, it's the couple's 16-year-old daughter Felicia who joins forces with Mom to find and renovate the perfect family home. First, Drew leads them on an ambitious house hunt and then gives critical advice when a bidding war erupts over a deal that's too good to be true.
