| Kaori surprises Kousei with a shopping spree outside of the hospital. Meanwhile, Hiroko assigns Nagi, the promising young talent, to Kousei as his first piano student. Hiroko keeps a close eye on these lessons, as she is aware of Nagi's ulterior motives: to destroy Kousei.
