S03E02 - Gone in a New York Minute
| New York: In a city of eight million, landlord Bruce Blackwood, age 55, disappeared without a trace on March 6, 2006. Also on this same day, Bruce Blackwood had confronted tenant Luis Perez about stealing $7,700 from him and tried to evict Luis Perez from his 983 Hancock Street apartment. Though there was no body, the NYPD was sure this was a homicide and, along with Bruce's brother Ed, they spent the next nine years searching for answers and a killer. In 2014, Perez was arrested for the murder and dismemberment of Blackwood. He was convicted of murder and was given a sentence of 25 years to life in prison. | |
