| Taiga, who works at the small restaurant Tanomi, has lost his dream but is beginning to find fulfillment in his part-time job. Meanwhile, Lin, a student from Korea who aspires to be an anime artist, is busy every day with assignments and is forced to move out of her dormitory, struggling to find a place to live. These two people, who are of different nationalities and circumstances, meet by chance one day, and the rice balls Taiga serves fill Lin's heart and her hunger, and Taiga is captivated by her smile.
