| Online dog adoptions don't address the dog and owner's compatibility, which can lead to serious problems. That was the case with Amigo, a greyhound that was adopted by a well-meaning woman in the Netherlands. She wasn't a strong leader, and Amigo became aggressive on the leash; he even attacked several neighborhood dogs. Amigo's owner realized he couldn't handle Amigo and sent him back to the shelter.
